Join us for a Three-Course dinner paired with beers from Berkshire Brewing Company Inc., a local Micro brewery located in South Deerfield, Ma., established in 1994 by Christopher T. Lalli and Gary A. Bogoff. B.B.C.'s goal is to produce clean, fresh, well-balanced ales & lagers in small batches (620 gallons). At the present time they are capable of producing 420 barrels (13020 gallons) of fresh beer each week. All of the beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized and contains no chemical additives or preservatives. As craft brewers, they are now producing fifteen styles of beer year round and a number of seasonals
